Brawl Busters is a free to play combat based MMORPG that has just entered open beta. Unlike other MMO games, Brawl Busters is completely action based, offering twitch friendly combat and controls, it's very similar to Grand Chase and Rumble Fighter.

The beat em up niche is still pretty fresh to the MMO genre but Brawl Busters introduces a number of features that set it apart from its competitors. The character customization options aren't as expansive as a typical MMORPG but it does offer more choices than other fighting based MMO games. Players get to choose their gender and body size, you can be a small boy or girl, a voluptuous women or slightly over weight couch potato. After choosing your gender and size you can select facial features and class. There are 5 playable classes to choose from, Slugger, Firefighter, Rocker, Blitzer and Boxer. Each class has strengths and weaknesses, all of which are similar to typical MMO archetypes such as range dps, melee damage and tanks. Players are not restricted to their starting class, as you level up you can choose to unlock the other classes as well.

The game offers both competitive multiplayer and cooperative options. Players can choose to fight other Brawlers in intense PvP game modes or work alongside other players to defeat waves of A.I enemies. Competing in either mode rewards players with experience points and cash, both of which help improve your character. Each class has unique items and weapons available for purchase and each weapon has its own set of attacks and unique abilities.

There's plenty to do in Brawl Busters, players can choose mission based game modes and training. Training helps teach you the basics of the game such as avoiding damage and interacting with the environment, while the mission modes pit you against challenging scenarios for increased rewards and experience points.
