South Korea’s Sangam Stadium To Host League Of Legends World Final
Riot Games today announced that the 2014 League of Legends World Final will be held on October 19th in the Sangam Stadium in South Korea. The stadium, based in Seoul South Korea, has been the location of massive sporting events in history including the 2002 FIFA World Cup and is widely regarded as the greatest sporting and entertainment venue in the country.
Group Stages of the World Finals will be held through South Korea with events at Taipei and Singapore this coming September. A unique new format will also be introduced, adding a massive 16 teams to the group stages.
