Popularity comes at a price but Riot Games are showing their community that the toxicity surrounding the League of Legends playerbase is not something they take lightly. In a new blog post they discussed the new incentives they plan on introducing that have been designed not only to discipline negative players, but to hopefully reform and reintroduce them to the League community as valid member of the playerbase. The stone fisted approach to managing the community has also spread into the competitive scene with more details surrounding the recent suspensions of Nicolaj “Incarnati0n” Jensen and Khaled “DarkwinJax” AbusagrThe two existing indefinite suspensions of have been reviewed and neither case successfully passed its review. As such they will not be eligible for play in CS or LCS Spring 2015.
Jensen and Abusagr will be reviewed again at least 5 weeks before the LCS Summer 2015 roster declaration date.
