Riot Zone is a mercenary themed browser-based MMO title that is home to a variety of interesting and unique features. Create your mercenary from a large selection of characters, take them on dangerous missions across the globe, train them to survive any situation and equip them with the latest in military technology.

Easily the most exciting aspect to Riot Zone is the mission and combat system. At the beginning of your mercenaries career, the fights are automated, but as you progress through the game several features become available that allow you to influence the combat more directly. The combat, and each mission, takes place on colorfully designed and highly detailed maps, ranging from deep jungle warfare to battling on city streets. Once you unlock more features you can throw grenades at your enemies and even call in air-support, dropping a flurry of explosives on each enemy in your path.

Another great aspect to Riot Zone is the ability to hire more mercenaries to join your cause. As you increase in level you'll encounter far more enemies on each map, so you'll need some support from loyal mercenaries in order to survive. You can recruit up to 6 unique mercenaries, each of which progress at a different rate and unlock different skill points. There are many levels of rarity with each mercenary, represented by certain colors in the UI. You'll want to check back often to ensure you recruit the highest tier of mercenaries.

As well as recruiting mercenaries, you can also construct your own mercenary headquarters. This allows you to construct a variety of buildings to aid your cause and offer a variety of different benefits and effects. Create a prison to hold your victims, or build a research building to unlock stronger weapons and abilities, the choice is yours.
