You are a commander of a fierce armada, a huge fleet of spaceships, surrounded by hostile enemies and opposing players. Construct a large variety of different ships to strengthen your armada and drive fear into those that oppose you. The space battles are one of the most exciting aspects of Light of Nova, pitting armada against armada in high-octane battles to the death.

In order to fund your massive armada, you'll need to construct a Mothership and ensure it's safe from enemy attacks. You can then construct a variety of resource gathering buildings that generate additional resources over a period of time. These buildings can be upgraded on a regular basis to offer you even more resources to invest into your deadly armada.

The world of Light of Nova is a dangerous one so you may want to join or create an alliance. An alliance is a group of players that work together towards a similar goal. There's safety in numbers, with players being able to support you both financially and on the field of battle.

You can build the most fearsome armada of ships in existence, but they won't be as potent in battle without an experienced commander at the helm. All players unlock a commander once they've completed a few quests in the adventure mode, commanders act as lead units for your armada bringing in a variety of unique skills and abilities to turn the tides of battle.
