Crystal Saga is a free to play browser game brought to you by the same developers that gave you Caesary Online. It features quality 2D graphics with a top down view similar to other 2D titles, and a bunch of really cool mechanics that make it a unique F2P MMORPG.

The game includes 5 unique classes, all with class specific armor and abilities that get stronger as you progress through the game. Once your character reaches level 30 you gain access to your Soul, this opens up a sphere grid type leveling tree where you accumulate Soul Points in order to learn new abilities and buffs, you can also get some nice visual effects such as auras and glows.

Crystal Saga's pet system is one of its most defining features and has been compared to raising Pokemon in the popular Nintendo title. Once your character reaches level 10 you gain access to Monster Island, you simply speak to a Beast Master NPC and you're teleported to the Island. When you find a monster that you want to tame as a pet, you initiate battle and get the monsters HP as low as possible before using a Taming Scroll, if you're lucky you'll tame the monster and it will become your pet. Pets can aid you in battle, level up, get stronger and learn powerful new abilities, there are several different types of pets that mature in different ways and have access to different skills.

The community is always thriving, there are dozens of regular in game events from combat events such as capture the flag style games to community events like getting married and having street parties. Players of all levels are able to participate in the majority of events which is a great way of changing the pace a little bit.

The game is available as a free to play title but players that wish to invest some cash into their character can gain access to unique pieces of armor and equipment as well as being able to tame some of the rarest pets in the game.
