Thar Be Pirates Coming To Conquer Online

After many months of dropping hints and teasing players with minimal details, the developers of Conquer Online have finally announced the Invasion of Pirates expansion that is set to release in January 2012.

More information will be released at the beginning of December but for now we do know that a new Pirate class will be introduced as well as a number of new zones and an array of exciting new monsters. The snippet of story that they published on their website indicates that there is an ancient treasure guarded by monsters of myth and legend that the pirates claim is rightfully theirs. It goes into more detail but nothing about actual content was mentioned.
