Lead Designer Admits Mistakes With Neverwinter Online
Scott Shicoff, the newly appointed Lead Designer for Cryptic worlds and Perfect World Entertainment's award-winning Dungeons & Dragons RPG, Neverwinter Online, recently published a new article in which he admits past mistakes were made involving the release of the Module 6 update, Elemental Evil. Following the response of the Neverwinter Online community the next game update will feature the first of a series of planned improvements to the Element Evil content and the wider game as a whole. Shicoff went on to highlight some of the more key areas that the team hope to look into in coming weeks:- Overall difficulty
- XP rewards in the new zones and campaign zones
- Invocation
- Hourly quests
- Zone re-use
- Removed dungeons
- Campaign zone levels
- Items missing slots/stats
