Ghost Recon Online Closed Beta Pushed Forward
Ubisoft are no strangers to the MMO world but this will be their first free to play MMOFPS title, and it’s based on the popular Ghost Recon franchise. Previously, Ubisoft have published RTS titles such as Castle Empire and Heroes of Might and Magic Kingdoms, both quite successful and both have been followed up with patches and support since release.
Ghost Recon Online was originally slated to begin closed beta sometime in the Summer, but an announcement today has fans excited as the CB event has been moved to March 5th. The game is said to include a tactical based cover system and dozens of weapons and items for character customization.
