Echo Of Soul European Version “Safe” Following Korean & Chinese Closure
Aeria Games today released details securing the future of Echo of Soul after European and American players expressed concern following the closure of the Korean and Chinese versions of the game late last week. The closures were attributed to lack of content and support by the developers but today developer Nvius said quite the opposite, informing players that there is plenty of content planned up to the release of PvP Season 2 and it was not the reasoning behind the Eastern closures of the game.First and foremost, the closure of both the Korean and Chinese server is not affecting the future of our version. It certainly is not a nice situation for everyone involved, I do not want to sugar-coat this, but our developer Nvius is committed to providing ongoing support to our version (+ the Thai and Japanese versions).PM_Bacon went on to explain that the Chinese and Korean versions of the game struggled as they were released without proper hacking and botting protection, resulting in the community quickly becoming annoyed with the spam and hacking players.
