Big Balance Changes Coming To Skyforge

Obsidian Entertainment and My.com today gave Skyforge players a heads up ahead of a large re-balancing incentive that will take place with the upcoming War's Onset update. The developers informed players that they need to bring classes "more in line with each other". To do this they have been collecting data from each of the classes in the game, gauging their power, potential and ability in combat. The key areas of interest included PvP, victories, deaths, convenience, completion speed and more.

Some of the changes the team highlighted will address why certain classes are favored in particular roles, such as the Knight being the preferred tank by the community and support classes such as Alchemist and Lightbinder will also been getting huge overhauls.

• Alchemist & Lightbinder support classes will be overhauled by keeping some skills 'as is' and making others more effective

Those list above are just minor examples of some of the expected changes. Developers are today letting players know to expect some big differences come the release of War's Onset.
