How to redeem your Elsword Giveaway Key:

1) First, click here to create an Elsword account:


2) Log in to your account, select a character and enter any channel to start playing.

3) Click the blue ITEM MALL button on the bottom of the screen. Don’t worry, you won’t have to buy anything to redeem the coupon!


4) Click the ENTER COUPON button on the lower right of the ITEM MALL screen.


5) When the window pops up, enter your 16-digit coupon code.


6) The XMMORPG Giveaway cube will be sent to your CASH ITEM STORAGE in the center-bottom of the ITEM MALL screen.


7) Right click on the XMMORPG Giveaway cube in your CASH ITEM STORAGE to send it to the character you are currently playing.

8) You will find the XMMORPG Giveaway cube in that character’s inventory under the “Special” tab.
