Empire Universe 2 is a free to play, browser-based MMORTS that includes many of the regular features seen in today's RTS titles, such as base building, resource gathering and unit management.

Players get to choose to play as 1 of 9 races, each race has an individual set of skills and abilities, as well as different progression paths and systems. The available classes are as follows

The game universe is huge, being the first 3D space graphics engine that utilizes Javascript. Players can explore the vast reaches of space with over 10,000 Galaxies to explore, with each Galaxy hosting over 120 unique planets. This means players can discover, invade or occupy over 120,000 different planets.

Empire Universe 2 also features a unique player behavior management system. Similar to the Tribunal system used in League of Legends, any conflicts in-game are resolved by Judges, players that choose whether to find someone guilty or innocent. This has created a player managed game where the rules have been set after months of conflict. Thanks to this important system, players can freely hunt other players to claim bounties, and can also perform piracy actions such as looting opponent ships and resources.

Players can choose and improve their own spaceship selecting from over 21 chassis, and can collect and use over 60 different ship specific components. Players can also choose to sell their ship to other players via the black market.

Depending on a players actions and play-styles, they’re assigned an alignment level which can offer them bonuses and unique rewards. The alignments include Neutral, Researcher, Warrior, Pirate, Trader and Bounty Hunter. Each alignment rank allows players to specialize in their particular style of play. The game is free to play and can be accessed through any internet browser.
