DarkScape is based on the multi-award winning and incredibly successful RuneScape, a free browser MMORPG game that has been at the top of the genre for nearly 15 years. Like its predecessor DarkScape is available entirely for free and this includes much of the content that is reserved for members only in the world of RuneScape - you can even use your RuneScape account to access and play the game of DarkScape.

All RuneScape members that play DarkScape will be treated to an additional 50% extra experience points, double the bank space of non-members and get to keep an extra valuable item upon death. This provides RuneScape members with quicker progression, a tighter grip on your most powerful and rare weapons, and the ability to store plenty of back up sets of gear in your bank.

Unlike RuneScape however DarkScape has PvP mode on, the entire time in every corner of the world.
