Warhammer Online Anniversary Celebrations

Warhammer Online is celebrating its third anniversary this month, launching double XP and RP events as well as introducing some new features for the duration of the celebrations. The anniversary celebrations will last a total of 10 days and will include a new Vanity Pet, and a number of event exclusive Dye’s.

Also mentioned in the announcement was the upcoming content update, adding the highly speculated Fortress system. Players expressed a little disappointment with the features available during the event and when compared to the massive festival celebrations in games like Lord of the Rings, it’s understandable, but the developers made it clear that most of the effort and attention is being put into the next big Warhammer Online update which we expect to be released before the end of 2011
