It doesn’t seem all that long ago that Aeria Games announced the upcoming closed beta for their latest MMORPG game, Waren Story and now they’ve just released the official website. Last month Aeria Games introduced players to a new approach to the MMORPG genre by providing them with some details on the upcoming MMO, a game that is said to include PvP that will “Blow your mind”.

Waren Story will feature 10 distinct PvP modes, ranging from small skirmishes to full-scale PvP fights but the best aspect to the PvP, it’s rewarding. Many MMORPG games today add PvP as an afterthought, rarely offering experience points or items as rewards but Waren Story was developed with PvP in mind and PvP fans can expect some really lethal items for their efforts.

Another announced feature for Waren Story is the mercenary system. Players will be able to recruit up to four mercenaries at a time, ranging from typical MMO races such as Elves and Dwarves to more fantastical partners such as Dryads and Jackals. Sadly we’ve not had chance to test the game yet but we’re very eager to see how the PvP and mercenary system work together. Even a small skirmish of 10v10 PvP could evolve into epic 80v80 battles if each player is still able to summon all four mercenaries.
