The Elder Scrolls Online Will Not Require PSN Subscription
When the announcement was first made detailing the subscription model for The Elder Scrolls Online players immediately took up arms in protest, with many expecting to have to pay subscription for both the game and Xbox One's Xbox Live and PlayStation 4's PSN but at least one side of the console wars is a little happier today. Bethesda and Zenimax Online Studios have officially announced that the PlayStation 4 version of The Elder Scrolls Online will not require a PlayStation Network account, players will be able to enjoy the fruits of Tamriel with just the monthly subscription for the game. It's not likely to have any huge influence on the current console wars but it could mean a lot for potential buyers in the future as other MMO and pay-to-play titles get released on both platforms.Leave a comment
