Ragnarok Online is one of the longest surviving MMORPG games of the modern era and is now approaching an unprecedented 9th birthday celebration event. Ragnarok Online players can look forward to a huge variety of events in the next dew days, as well as some awesome in-game celebrations.

It’s rare for free MMORPG games to reach even their first birthday in today’s industry but Ragnarok Online is proving even the older titles are able to keep going, thanks to a highly dedicated community and regular updates from the developers. Plenty of new titles, such as Lime Odyssey and Dragon Saga have used the recipe that’s made Ragnarok Online so successful, and it’s working for them too.
