Phantasy Star Online 2 Coming To PlayStation 4
SEGA have announced that the critically acclaimed Phantasy Star Online 2 will be launching on a new platform next year as the PlayStation 4 version is announced for the first time. The free-to-play MMO adaptation of the Phantasy Star franchise released in the East on PC in 2012 and PlayStation Vita the following year. Next years release of Phantasy Star Online 2 marks the first time the franchise is available on current generation platforms. Last Spring Phantasy Star Online 2 was released in several new Eastern territories including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippine and is the first time the client has supported an English translation. Currently there is no official information regarding a Western release, although an IP restriction on the game was lifted for a few days previously. However, this has since been changed back to restricting access for Western players.Leave a comment
