NCSoft To Announce New MMO title

August 17th is looming ever closer and developers are already taking advantage of the pre gamescom hype. Earlier today NCsoft and Carbine announced that they would be show casing their next big MMO title at the gamescom event later this month. Very few details were given on the game and it was effectively an announcement warning you of another announcement but many gamers are still excited as both companies have been involved in popular projects before, most noticeably NCsoft’s Guild Wars and Lineage 2 titles.

The only information known at the moment is that the game is a brand new franchise and will bring something unique to the online gaming table, the unknown title has been under development for a little over four years. As well as the announcement on this unknown title, NCsoft are also expected to release a lot of information about the highly anticipated, Guild Wars 2.
