Troy is a free to play MMORPG set in the age of Greek gods and mythology where an endless battle between immortal warriors of Greece and Troy has the gods in uproar.

The game offers 3 distinct classes Warrior, Hunter and Mystic following traditional MMO class types as Melee, Range and Magic. Each class has the option of specializing into one of two sub-classes, allowing players to focus on the aspects of the class that appeals to their play-style. Each class has access to 17 unique abilities and buffs within their ability tree, with each sub class offering at least another 15 unique abilities, this stacks up to create a lot of variety and depth within each class.

Troy has a heavy focus on an endless war of immortal soldiers, as such the PvP features heavily in most aspects of the game. There are 4 different PvP scenarios that players can join at any time, these are Annihilation, Seize, Relic and Infinite. Each scenario offers different rule-sets such as death match, capture the flag and V.I.P offering players of any particular PvP interest access to a scenario that best suits them.

Troy's item system is quite extensive offering 9 levels of item rank and the ability to improve an items strength by adding gems to sockets. There are 5 actions you can choose when attempting to upgrade the slot on an item, these options allow you to do everything from increasing the base statistics to trying to evolve the item to the next level tier, there's always a chance the item will lose durability and break but other pieces of equipment are available to reduce this risk.

The game is available free to play but it does feature an item shop although the items are not as dominant as they are in other titles so players not looking to invest much cash into the game can still compete on even grounds.
