Trickster is a 2D fantasy MMORPG that offers a casual experience focusing on steady progression rather than on player vs. player combat. The game was developed and published by Ntreev, released in 2003 in Korea and finally, after long delays, in North America in 2006. The graphics are greatly based on anime/manga style giving the game a lighthearted feel.

In Trickster players will be able to choose from eight different classes and raise their character to a cap level of 400. During character creation, player will need to choose how the primary stats of the game -Power, Magic, Sense and Charm - will develop for their avatar. The character personalization is quiet limited at the moment, players being allowed only to change the color of their avatar’s hair.

In-game, there are a few non-combat systems that allow the player to gain experience and find items in special ways. One of these systems is the Drill System which gets you drilling in certain locations in order to find EXP and items. There is also an interesting party system that allows players to receive more experience if they are in a group.

Trickster Online is one of the most “complete” 2D MMORPGs, with 8 classes, 12 different stats, 400 levels to achieve, giving the player a casual and enjoyable experience.
