The economy of Seafight is based on Gold and Pearls. Gold is usually easy to obtain, found by looting defeated monsters and other players, but Pearls are rare and hard to find. Of course, since we are talking about a free to play MMOG supported by microtransactions, players can purchase Pearls using real currency.
