Prison Struggle takes place in the infamous Panama prison, home to over 65,000 deadly inmates, convicted of everything from murder to burglary. Every inmate is a player, each with their own personal agenda and group affiliations, can you survive in one of the most cut-throat prisons ever built?

You're thrown into prison with nothing but your wits to keep you alive. You'll need to train your inmate to deal with vicious attacks and schemes from other inmates, you do this by entering the Gym. Once inside the Gym you're able to train various stats including Strength, Defense and Speed. Each stat has a different effect, such as Speed, that unlocks more crimes you can commit while in Panama.

Although you're already in prison for your criminal activities, you can still continue them from behind the Panama walls. There's a huge variety of crimes you can commit, from attempting to rob someones cell to stealing your cellmates pillow. More deadly crimes become available at higher levels, such as making a shank or attacking the Warden. Each crime requires a certain amount of Nerve points, which accumulate over time. You'll need to train your Speed to be able to hold more Nerve points and perform more lucrative crimes.

As well as the daily criminal activities, you can also participate in a large number of mini-games to earn extra cash. There's a huge variety available from popular prison games such as Poker and Battleships, to more exotic games such as Pool and Table Tennis. Some of the mini-games are 1 vs. 1 while others can include up to 6 players. Poker is one of the most played mini-games which has huge cash prizes of over $1,000,000.

You may be in a cell for 23 hours a day but you can still run a business. Players are able to open their own stores and sell a variety of interesting objects, or attempt to bribe guards to bring in contraband from the outside.
