Mythos is an action based hack and slash MMORPG published and developed by Hanbitsoft INC. The game is delivered in a colorful comic book style and offers a large array of activities and features that set it apart from the average free to play MMO.

There are four playable races including Cyclopes, Humans, Gremlins and Satyrs. When you select your race you can customize the base appearance of your character in typical MMORPG fashion, adjusting hair, color and other small features to make the character personal to you. Mythos includes 3 classes, Bloodletter, Pyromancer and Gadgeteer. Although 3 may seem like a small number, each class offers various progression routes in the form of skill trees and the classes aren't restricted to typical MMORPG archetypes, each class can damage, shield themselves and even summon minions to aid them in battle.

Dungeons play a large role in Mythos, right from the start players can get quests that send them off to a deep cavern or abandoned crypt. The dungeons are very large and many are set up in a maze like style, with dead-ends and trick corners to test your memory. This makes for a challenging experience, even without the large number of evil monsters dwelling within, things like the undead, werewolves and giants wait for you round every corner.

Players can also choose to craft items in Mythos by gathering crafting materials from quests, monsters or found in random treasure chests in many of the dungeons. You're able to craft potions, food, weapons and armor, all requiring certain materials and recipes. The crafting is also directly linked to the achievement system that rewards players with extra stat points if they're able to complete set tasks within the game.
