Managore is a free to play browser strategy title that offers a unique approach to RTS user-interface design and high quality image like graphics.

Upon starting Managore you're given the choice of representing 1 of 3 available races. The options are Orcs, Elves and Undead. Each race has specific strengths and weaknesses, Orcs are able to conquer areas quickly with swarms of battle hardened units, Elves use their heightened intelligence to construct stronger buildings faster and the Undead have access to arcane knowledge giving them the strongest magical units in the game. Each race is represented equally in the game and there's aren't any serious balance issues.

Your Kingdom is separated into 4 distinct zones, Arena, Resource, Industry and Military. The Resource area is for constructing buildings that increase your hourly rate of wood, food and other materials, the Industry area is for science and research and your Military area is where you recruit, upgrade and assign your troops.

The Arena area lets you challenge other heroes and A.I bots to 1v1 duels. This is rare in RTS titles as most games force large-scale combat but Managore caters to skilled individuals as well. The combat setting is also unique, each fight is made up of several rounds and each round both players get to choose what abilities to attack with and what part of your enemy you want to attack. This allows for tactical choices such as aiming at vital limbs, the main body or going for that killer head shot.

It can take quite a bit of time before you're ready to explore the world or challenge other players but Managore makes it worthwhile as a lot of the features, from the graphics to construction, offer unique twists when compared to industry standard RTS games.
