Loark (created by ClapAlong) is a new online MMORPG. Loark is browser-based and available as a free online RPG game. Set in a unique and beautiful fantasy world, it is easily one of the more intriguing games available.

Traveling plays a huge part in Loark and as you proceed in your quest line you will discover many different locations; traditional old taverns, hugely detailed wooden bridges, thatched rooftops, etc. You may also notice the impressiveness of the attention to detail that has been hugely considered while creating this game such as petals falling from the rooftops and swirling in the wind.

The character creation at the beginning of Loark will allow you to choose from 3 different classes; Giant (combat based, able to take vast amounts of damage), Shaman (Spell caster) and Charmer. Each character is designed to be able to fight its way through the many mobs, however, when the 3 are combined they will create an unstoppable force. This is a great game to get together online with friends to play, with an easy to use text box to communicate and plan your next move. You can also exchange items that have been looted from the various monsters.

Wandering mobs are common in Loark, which amplifies the difficulty of even the simplest quests, however, it also means that there will be much more loot for you to steal from the fresh corpses of your enemies. You must be able to be strategic in the way that you handle these situations, and be wary, mobs in Loark respawn fast! As these mobs will generally attack when you get close, friendly NPC’s are a welcome sight in any area and will often join you in monster and drunkards population control.

PvP combat is unlockable as you level up. You will also be able to collect better weapons and armor and upgrade them to better defend yourself as you progress through Loark.
