Bright Shadow Online is a free to play MMORPG game that was formerly published by Gamepot USA but has recently been purchased and re-released by Beanfun. The game includes 4 unique classes that become available once you reach level 10 and then a further 16 classes that can be unlocked at later levels, there are also various character customization options such as hair and eye color and editing other facial features. The graphics are anime inspired, offering sharp character and animal models, as well as a critically acclaimed soundtrack.

The most exciting aspect to Bright Shadow Online is the card system, there are over 500 monster cards that you're able to obtain and use. When you're defeating enemies, you have a chance of being rewarded their monster card when they die, this monster card will allow you to summon the monster to aid you in battle or give your character a unique stat buff. This adds a unique TCG element to the game, which gives a very similar feel to trying to fill your Pokedex. New monsters and cards are added regularly so there's always something to do.

The Seal Tower is also another nice aspect to Bright Shadow Online, it's a randomly generated dungeon system. The developers mentioned that there can be a total of 60 totally unique formations within the dungeon, based on the available parameters for randomization. This allows players to repeat the same quests and challenges, but in a totally different dungeon.

Bright Shadow Online also includes additional account security in the form of an account pin. Many premium MMORPG games have started selling security keys and other similar account protection methods but Bright Shadow's is totally free. After creating your character you get the option to create your secret pin code using an on-screen keyboard, this removes the chance that a key-logger or other nasty malware can steal your password.
