I'm very excited! It ill be the biggest upgrade WoW has ever seen.
Lot's of things will be changed and also may new features...

Good of course. If WoW must constantly improve itself in order to get new players into it and to keep old ones interested...

Some players don't really love changes. Especially when they lose some "something" over them.

I don't play wow but this is valid for any big MMORPG with regular upgrades.
