Big Changes Heading To Mission System In Elite: Dangerous
The team behind the highly anticipated Elite: Dangerous today took to their official forums to introduce the community to an upcoming update that's set to see drastic changes across the game, specifically concentrating on missions. The next update, currently titled Powerplay, will be revealed in greater detail before months end but today they mentioned tidbits of information on changes players can expect, including missions. Currently missions are generally ignored towards later levels as it only really benefits new players. Changes in the system will make missions more viable and rewarding for all levels and with it changes to reputation, faction interaction and other rewards. The team are also celebrating at the moment as they reveal the huge levels of success Elite: Dangerous has enjoying since debuting on Steam. The game is currently the top selling game on Steam and the developers are working on implementing a system to allow desktop clients to integrate directly through Steam, as opposed to the current system that separates the two.Leave a comment
